We know this sounds simple but it is often overlooked. It is recommended that you change your pillowcase at least once a week. Two times a week is much better. I have even read some reports that if you suffer from regular breakouts or acne that you should change your pillowcase every night. We suggest just keep an extra pillowcase or two on hand and change just the pillowcase that you sleep on mid-week. Your pillowcases collect oil from your skin and hair, dead skin cells, bacteria and excess night creams and we don’t want all of this seeping into our pores!
